Support Your Player and the Program

Dear Soccer Player and Parent,

Each year, the Barrington High School Girls Soccer Team has a printed program book that features pictures of individual players and teams, rosters, statistics, schedules and ads from local businesses. The book is a great keepsake with helpful information for all of our families. It is also an important source of revenue for the girls’ program.

To make this program a success, we need your help. First, if you regularly patronize a business, please ask them to consider this affordable and effective way to promote their business and support Barrington Soccer. An advertisement donation contract is enclosed for your use. Please feel free to make copies if you need more.

Second, please consider purchasing an individual supporter ad. There are sample sheets available for you to choose from or we will accept your own creation sized and ready to print. Player photos can be placed in all size ads. These individual player ads are an excellent way for family and friends to show their support for their player, and the ads are always a highlight for the girls to look at as soon as the books are received.

For this year’s program book we will be offering the book in full color, every ad will be in color print. We hope that you will see the value in these color ads, and this will entice you to participate in this campaign to support our team. Please try and come prepared at Code Night with your ad order form completed with the payment ready to go. You will be able to email the high-resolution photo to the email address on the form as a follow on to submitting the completed order form for your personal photoads. So, you turn in your ad request at Code Night and email the photos in the following day to complete the order process.
